Cai Yanning, a senior secondary school teacher, is an experienced teacher and advanced educator in Jiangsu Province. She has ben recognised as an advanced teacher in moral education, an excellent communist party member in Nantong education system, and awarded titles such as Teacher Virtues Pioneer in Nantong and Nantong Advanced Individual in Striving for Excellence. She is also a Lecturer for the Jiangsu Secondary School Students’ Adolescence Lecture Group.

As a senior teacher of Nantong Middle School, Cai Yanning has guided two students to become the top scorers in the high school entrance examination in Nantong, with many other students ranking in the top 10. As a representative of excellent homeroom teachers, she has frequently shared her teaching and educational practices, receiving high praise from leaders of the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Civilization Office, the Ministry of Education, and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.

Tao Chunru, graduated from East China Normal University, a senior middle school teacher, a direct subject leader of Nantong, and an experienced moral teacher of Nantong municipal education bureau. She has been teaching for 43 years, serving as a homeroom teacher for 39 years and as a grade director for 13 years. In 2019, the average score of the middle school examination of the grade led by her was awarded the first place in Nantong. Among the 57 students in her class, 23 students have reached the enrollment mark of Nantong Middle School, 8 students have reached the enrollment mark of Nantong No.1 Middle School, and 54 were admitted to high school, with an average class score of 654 points, and an average English score of 131.1 points. 

Chen Ling is a senior secondary school teacher, and an outstanding educator of Nantong. She is dedicated and professional, and has been involved in Chinese teaching of secondary school for more than 30 years with rich experience in teaching in middle and  high schools. The middle and high school classes she taught have achieved good results. She is committed to the cultivation of students’ learning interest and ability, and she strives to explore the balance between test scores and language literacy as well as classroom dynamic. She has won the first prize in Nantong Excellent Class Competition. She has won the unanimous praises of students, parents and school.

Lu Jinfei is an experienced math teacher and an excellent educator of a middle school in Qidong. He graduated from Haimen Normal College and Nantong College of Education. He started to work in education field in 1981 and has been engaged in middle school math teaching for more than forty years with rich experience in education and teaching. Adhering to the teaching philosophy of using sincere love to awaken students’ self-confidence, he guided them learn independently, refined classroom teaching steps, made teaching process flexible, fully cared about students’ learning, and encouraged students to study hard and become the best versions of themselves.

Zhou Xubin, the senior Chinese teacher of middle school who has taught Chinese for more than thirty years with a solid language base in Chinese teaching and rich teaching experience. He is good at creating contexts, stimulating students’ interest, broadening their horizons, exploring their potential, teaching students to fish. He does well in writing, and likes to read. He likes to lead students to feel the charm of Chinese in an effective class.

Liu Yungao graduated from Soochow University in 1985 and majored in history, and he is a senior secondary school teacher and has been teaching at Nantong Middle School in Jiangsu Province for more than thirty years. He is diligent and hard-working, and treats people with generosity. He guides students patiently and systematically with strictness and humor and has accumulated rich teaching experience. He has made great efforts to help many students from Nantong High School to enter their ideal universities.

Zhang Chong graduated from the Southwest Jiaotong University and majored in Law, and the Central Party School of Economic Management with Bachelor’s degree. He is a senior middle school political teacher, the academic leader of morality and law in Haimen District, Nantong. He has published nearly ten education and teaching papers in provincial publications, and demonstrated classes for the Haimen District, Nantong City and Jiangsu Province, and he can skillfully teach morality and law from grade seven to grade twelve. He was awarded “Excellent Teachers Who Love Students” by Nantong municipal education bureau.

Tang Hongying has a bachelor’s degree, and she is also the first-grade teacher(secondary school), examination paper setter of geography, and internship instructor of Nantong University. She has served as a counselor of the Pioneer Brigade, team leader of geography, grade team leader and so on. She has been teaching for 35 years with capability of teaching geography in junior and senior high school, and she has won the first place in the unified examination for many times. She has been a homeroom teacher for 30 years, and has been awarded as Excellent Homeroom Teacher and Advanced Teacher in Moral Education for many times.

Qin Haobo has been teaching for thirty-five years and students he used to teach have won numerous awards. He is conscientious and responsible at work, willing to communicate and coordinate, and has strong organizational skills and teamwork spirit. He is highly motivated, and he has solid basic skills. Moreover, he is able to continue to learn and improve his potential as well as overall quality. In the future, he would like to work with colleagues to create a brilliant future.

Xu Ximei, the senior middle school teacher who won the first place in Nantong Physical Education Teacher Teaching Competition. She has more than twenty years of teaching experience of grade eight in physical education . She loves her students like her children, and she is responsible for her job. Moreover, the sports scores of the classes she taught have always been one of the top classes in Nantong. She is optimistic and enterprising, and she is the coach and referee of level one accreditation in cheerleading, aerobics and line dance. She is one of the 100 outstanding coaches in amateur training in Jiangsu Province. She guided the aerobics team to the second place in the National Aerobics Competition. She also guided cheerleading team to the first place in the sixth cheerleading competition in Nantong.

Hu Weizhen graduated from Nantong University School of Foreign Studies in 2006, and majored in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has more than ten years of teaching experience in public schools. She has been working as a junior high school English teacher and homeroom teacher since she started her career in education, and she also has solid educational skills and homeroom teacher experience. She is diligent and responsible at work. She likes students and treats every student equally, and students can feel her concern about them, which motivates students to learn.

Zhu Yunfei graduated from Huaiyin Normal College with a bachelor’s degree. He has rich teaching experience in both public and private schools, and was awarded the title of Excellent Homeroom Teacher and Excellent Teacher during his teaching career. Life is a long and challenging journey that we will experience ups and downs, which makes us grow and become mature and strong.

Ji Jian graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and majored in English. She has TEM 8（Test for English Major- Band 8 ) and the qualification of second grade teacher. She has received the second prize scholarship during school. After graduation, she worked in Nantong Nord Anglia School and Qidong Qidi Foreign Language School as an elementary school English teacher. She was awarded the title of “Excellent Instructor” for coaching students to participate in the English Speech Contest of “Beauty in China”, and was awarded the title of “Outstanding Instructor” for the 13th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Education in Humanities and Social Sciences. She won the second prize for teaching cases in the “13th National English Symposium”, a major program of the Ministry of Education in the “13th Five-Year Plan” for humanities and social sciences. She pays attention to every child’s growth and makes students learn actively and happily.

Nantong Stalford International School was founded by Singapore’s Stalford Education Group and is the first international school in Nantong.
